In short

  • Only signed-in MyRhythm members can see anything β€” your videos are never on the open internet.
  • You (and your parent or guardian) choose who sees each video: Private, Invite only, or MyRhythm members.
  • We never show you ads based on spying on you, and we don't sell your info. Ever.
  • If anything makes you uncomfortable, tell us β€” there's a Report button on every video and comment.
01

Who can see my stuff?

Nothing on MyRhythm is visible on the open internet. Only people with a MyRhythm account can see anything at all.

For every video or photo post, you pick: Private (just you), Invite only (people you choose, like your coach), or Public on MyRhythm (signed-in members).

02

What does MyRhythm know about me?

The stuff you give us when you sign up (name, age, email), the videos and photos you upload, and basic technical info that keeps the site working and safe.

That's it. We don't track you around the internet, we don't sell your information, and there are no ad cookies on teen accounts.

03

Why does a parent or guardian need to approve my account?

Because the law says platforms like ours need a parent or guardian's OK before someone under 18 shares videos. It also means a trusted adult knows what you're posting β€” which keeps you safer.

04

Think before you upload

A video can show more than your talent. Before you post, check for:

  • Your school uniform, street name, or house number in the background.
  • Other people who didn't agree to be in the video.
  • Anything you wouldn't be happy for a teacher or grandparent to see.
05

If something feels wrong

If a comment, message or video makes you uncomfortable: don't reply, take a screenshot if you can, and hit Report. Then tell an adult you trust.

Reporting is anonymous β€” the person won't know it was you. Our safety team reviews every report.

06

You're in control

You can delete anything you've posted (it stays in your Bin for 90 days in case you change your mind), download your data from the Privacy Centre, and change who sees your content at any time.

07

Want the full details?

This page is the short version. The full rules are in our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Child Safety & Safeguarding Policy β€” and your parent or guardian has a guide written just for them.
