In short

  • Zero tolerance for forced labour, trafficking, debt bondage and unlawful child labour.
  • Suppliers are assessed on a risk basis, with contract terms that flow down these obligations.
  • Anyone can raise a concern at info@myrhythm.io, with no retaliation for good-faith reports.
  • Participation by young performers is never employment and gives no third party a right to exploit them.
01

Purpose

MyRhythm is committed to respecting human rights and taking proportionate, risk-based steps to prevent modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and exploitative labour practices in our operations and supply chain.

02

Zero-tolerance position

MyRhythm does not tolerate:

  • Slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour.
  • Human trafficking and debt bondage.
  • Unlawful child labour.
  • Withholding worker identity documents.
  • Exploitative recruitment arrangements.
  • Retaliation for good-faith concerns.
  • Knowingly benefiting from serious labour exploitation.
03

Workforce

MyRhythm aims to recruit lawfully, provide transparent terms, prohibit forced labour, respect lawful worker rights, maintain concerns channels and avoid exploitative recruitment fees.

04

Suppliers

Relevant suppliers may include cloud hosting, software, messaging providers, content moderators, developers, support providers, facilities providers and other contractors.

Supplier due diligence should be risk-based and may consider country and sector risk, labour model, subcontracting, recruitment, working conditions, policies and certifications, grievance mechanisms and prior allegations.

05

Contracts

Where proportionate and legally appropriate, contracts may require compliance with labour and human-rights laws, prohibition of forced labour and trafficking, flow-down obligations, reasonable due diligence cooperation, notification of material concerns and remediation.

06

Child labour

MyRhythm does not knowingly engage child labour in its own operations and expects suppliers to comply with applicable minimum-age and child-labour requirements.

Participation by young performers is not employment and does not give third parties a right to exploit them.

07

Reporting

Employees, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders may raise concerns via the company's designated reporting channel or info@myrhythm.io. Urgent child-safety matters should also use the safeguarding route.

08

No retaliation

MyRhythm does not permit retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith.

09

Remediation

MyRhythm may require corrective action, suspend a supplier, terminate relationships, support appropriate remediation or report to an authority where required or appropriate.

10

Governance

Management oversees this policy. It is reviewed at least annually or after material changes to suppliers, jurisdictions or law.

11

UK transparency reporting

Where a MyRhythm group entity falls within section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, it will assess and comply with the applicable annual statement requirements.

Current UK Government guidance states that qualifying commercial organisations carrying on business in the UK with annual turnover of at least £36 million must publish an annual modern slavery statement and obtain board approval and director signature. Organisations outside scope may publish voluntarily and may be asked by larger customers to provide a statement or policy.

12

Australia

Where an Australian group entity is subject to Australia's modern slavery reporting regime, the applicable statutory requirements should be assessed before making a compliance claim.
